About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. This is a long-term account with stability and room for growth. The Food Service Manager 2 for this location will manage and develop a team of approximately 40-50 union, front-line staff. The ideal candidate for this role must be well organized and possess strong leadership skills. Previous experience in a high-volume facility with placing orders, inventory management, patient rounding, and hands-on healthcare operations experience as an opening and or closing supervisor in a food service environment would be a plus for this role.
