About The Position

Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Manager 2 for Lawton Public Schools in Lawton, OK. The Food Service Manager will work with their team to implement and maintain Sodexo programs/systems/procedures. This is a key leadership role in establishing and maintaining an exceptionally high level of food service operational standards. Requirements

• Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Experience working within a K-12 environment
• Culinary production experience
• Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrate professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility

Responsibilities

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations
• Ensure Sodexo and National School Lunch (NSLP)/USDA standards are met
• Deliver high quality food service
• Provide employee training and development
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic/marketing plans
• Create a positive working environment
