The Head Cook/ Relief Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and census sheets. Serves food attractively and at proper temperatures. The Head cook / Relief Supervisor oversees all aspects of dietary services and operations in the Dietary Manager’s absence. Performs other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager.
