Responsibilities

Table Management: Set and clear tables, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next guests. This includes removing dirty dishes, wiping down surfaces, and resetting silverware and condiments.
Assisting Waitstaff: Support servers by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and helping with any additional tasks as needed.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining area tidy by sweeping floors, cleaning chairs, and ensuring that side stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
Customer Interaction: Greet guests and assist them as needed, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service and a smooth operation during busy periods.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, as the role can be physically demanding.
Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Orientation: A friendly demeanor and a focus on providing excellent service to guests.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not always required; on-the-job training is often provided.
