About The Position

Ensure excellent guest experiences in the dining room by maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining room, including tables, chairs, floors, food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, and dishes. Assist with food preparation for meals.

Requirements

Education: HS diploma, G.E.D., or currently attending high school
Ability to work in high-energy and demanding environment.
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience: Some related experience
Certification: ServSafe food handler required (immediately upon employment)
Understanding and knowledge of a functioning kitchen

Responsibilities

Assist other kitchen staff in cleaning, sanitizing and organization of kitchen.
Practice proper sanitation and safety guidelines
Serve and interact with guests during meals.
Provide impeccable customer service to guests and other staff members.
Perform all other duties as needed or assigned.
Conduct assigned ministry with “Christ-Like Servant Spirit,” guided by TBMB mission, priorities, strategies, and goals.
Contribute to all phases of responsibilities to the Mission and Objectives of the organization.
Exercise discipline to complete tasks and work alone with general supervision.
Provide support and assistance to assigned group and other groups within the organization, while building and maintaining positive working relationships.
Work overtime and irregular hours, as necessary.
