Responsibilities

• Measure out and prepare foods according to established recipes.
• Serve food and clean work areas after service.
• Prepare and serve food for Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack Bars as needed.
• Cook various meats, mix ingredients, wash and peel vegetables, and make desserts, salads, and sandwiches.
• Serve meals to faculty and students, ensuring proper portion sizes.
• Scrape pans, wash pots and pans, and clean serving tables.
• Set up stations with necessary items like napkins and straws.
• Carry food to or from coolers or refrigerators and store excess food appropriately.
• Clean all kitchen and snack bar equipment as required.
• Attend training meetings to stay updated on food service practices.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and provide good customer service.
