About The Position
Arlington Heights School District 25 has an opening for a Food Service Employee at South Middle School (1.0 FTE). Hours: 7 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm Starting salary is $16.85/hour. This is an IMRF position. Benefits are included. Essential Functions: Abide by all state and federal rules applicable to the National School Lunch Program. Abide by all local and state health department regulations Attendance of professional development opportunities as needed to meet USDA Professional standard requirements. Communicate effectively with district personnel and students. Willing to take direction and has the ability to multitask Demonstrate dependability and promptness
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as production records, equipment manuals, HACCP documents and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively with staff, students and community members
