And did we mention we work with exciting companies and at interesting locations? Come grow your career with Eurest.Job SummaryDetailed Responsibilites: -Ensures great guest service and delivery of hospitality standards by holding team accountability to steps of service-Maintaining positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through engagement and executing quality standards-Promotes a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needs.-Maintains state, federal and business compliance, including but not limited to safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements-Engages in the financial goals of the operation with support from the Regional District Manager-Partner with operations teams to implement monthly marketing initiatives, maintain quality assurance standards, and support presentation needs, site visitations, and account reviews.-Develop and recommend customized marketing strategies that align with local market trends and consumer preferences.-Coordinate and execute corporate strategic marketing projects.-Analyze and report back to the RDM on marketing performance metrics and revenue-driving initiatives, ensuring alignment with YOY growth goals and KPIs.-Develop innovative, on-trend marketing and merchandising strategies to maintain a competitive edge against local food retailers and corporate dining services.-Manage the development and distribution of monthly marketing resources, ensuring creative and promotional materials meet quality standards.-Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously exploring emerging marketing technologies and service models to enhance brand positioning.-Collaborate with operational services, IT, print/digital vendors, and other partners for seamless execution of marketing programs.-Additional duties/responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements

  • Able to work independently and have the capacity to manage up and down
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel, as needed
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations within a similar role; food & beverage / hospitality industry marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand messaging.
  • Strong merchandising and station presentation skills, ensuring visually impactful brand representation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva for content development and presentations.
  • Experience with project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with video content creation and editing to enhance marketing materials.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, social media content management, and digital applications is a plus.
