About The Position
SAGE Dining Services is seeking a talented Chef Manager/Food Service Director to join our vibrant community at a beautiful independent day school in Indianapolis, IN. We're looking for a manager with a wealth of experience in high-end catering and large-volume culinary production, coupled with strong leadership and management skills. This role will oversee multiple dining outlets, so keen organizational skills are essential. Our managers are responsible for financial oversight, menu development, and catering events. They bring the same level of expertise to front-of-house presentation and showmanship as they do in the kitchen. Our dedicated team takes immense pride in the relationships we build, and we wholeheartedly invest our passion into every meal.
