About The Position

Monroe Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Food Service/Dining Manager for our skilled nursing facility in Monroeville, AL. If you have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment while helping meet the nutritional needs of our residents, this is your opportunity! This role will assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards while ensuring that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis. Requirements

• Minimum of two years' work experience.
• Supervisory and Management experience in Food Service.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary department.
• Ensure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis.
• Meet the nutritional needs of residents in a skilled nursing facility.
