About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of deli sandwiches and convenience store operations.
• Handle food orders and forecast production needs.
• Assist with customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Train and supervise student employees, ensuring they stay organized and on track.
• Maintain inventory and keep the store stocked and organized.
• Ensure food preparation follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meets quality and sanitation standards.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness in the food service area.
• Coordinate the set-up of serving lines and beverage stations prior to meal service.
• Evaluate the work of student employees and provide on-the-job training.
• Handle customer requests and inquiries regarding food service.
