About The Position

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a talented Cook to join our top-notch culinary team at our Eagle Crest North facility. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, 70+ independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and transport meals to our Holmen community.

Requirements

• Cook experience is beneficial and preferred, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
• Must be willing and eager to cook from scratch, have a positive attitude, and be customer service focused
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record; positions will occasionally require transporting meals to other communities.
• Willing to train those with informal cooking experience who show positive character and work ethic

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by creating attractive and nutritious meals while maintaining accurate meal documentation records.
• Prepare meals relative to the nutritional needs of the residents, dietician recommendations, and Individual Service Plans (ISP) when necessary
