This approach is called 452 Hospitality. The Food Service Cook position supports restaurant preparation for daily operations, both back-of-house and on the line. This role is crucial for meeting daily quickservice, food service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards. The cook is responsible for ensuring proper food quantities, participating in safety logs, maintaining safe food handling practices, and upholding hygiene standards. They also follow daily prep lists, support the operation as needed, respond to guest and client feedback, and communicate issues to supervisors. Additionally, the cook must be knowledgeable about all menu items and assist with dishwashing and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, all while upholding company policies and procedures.
