Purpose To ensure smooth counter and kitchen operations by maintaining department standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Provide operational support to the kitchen. Ensure excellent customer service. Status Reports To: Assistant Food Service Manager (AFSM) FLSA Status: Non-exempt Supervises: Minimal to no supervision of staff Level: 1 / Part-time or Full-time Required Schedule Monday - 10am - 7pm (mid or closing shift) Tuesday - 10am - 7pm (mid or closing shift) Friday - 7am - 4pm (opening shift or counter shift) Saturday - 9am-5pm (counter)
