The Food Service Associate is responsible for operating a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen and preparing food for service in compliance with licensing, USDA, and Encompass policies and procedures. This role involves daily food preparation and distribution for breakfast, lunch, and snacks to classrooms, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations. The associate will also be responsible for providing necessary information to the Director of Food Services or Center Director and completing required reports and record keeping.
