The Food Service Associate supports daily café operations in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment. This role may rotate between salad, sandwich, and homestyle stations, while assisting with food prep, stocking, service, and general station maintenance. Associates are responsible for preparing and serving food to the public with a strong focus on quality, presentation, and efficiency. This position requires a high standard of sanitation, food safety, and customer service at all times. Team members must maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all safety and portioning guidelines, and provide a welcoming, professional experience for guests.
