Responsibilities
- First and foremost, align with our mission and values as an organization.
- Accurately and efficiently portion food components into individual meal trays or bulk pans in an assembly‑line environment for fresh, frozen, and shelf-stable meals.
- Retrieve and open food products from storage to support daily production needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work surfaces as required.
- Follow proper and safe chemical handling procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure product quality and safety.
- Set up, tear down, and clean equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform dishwashing duties, including manual washing and operation of commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Complete general cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as assigned.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen your skills and grow within the team
