· Prepare nutritious balanced meals for the clients. · Ensure standard recipes/menus are followed. · Maintain a clean and safe work environment. · Ability to operate and cook on an outside grill. · Complete daily, weekly, monthly cleaning lists, and knife accountability sheets. · Document production records daily for all meals. · Ability to rotate the stock to follow licensing regulations · Observe client behavior and respond to various crisis situations while role modeling the use of client-centered interventions. · Participate/attend and complete all required contractual, licensing and agency training successfully. · Function as a mandated reporter, as required by Michigan Child Protection Law. · Attend all required meetings. · Other duties, as assigned.
