About The Position

Are you patient centered and thrive on providing top notch customer service? Consider joining our team as a Food Service Associate! Food Service Associates at MercyOne directly interact with patients and visitors every day. They personally ensure all dining areas are safely sanitized, well-stocked, and food is appropriately prepared. They understand most guests at our facility are dining with us for a reason and take great pride in giving them one less thing to worry about. You will support fellow team members in all areas of food services including cashier, stocking, cleaning, tray service, dishwashing, and food storage.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and visitors to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure dining areas are safely sanitized and well-stocked.
• Prepare food appropriately.
• Support team members in food services including cashier duties.
• Assist with stocking and cleaning.
• Provide tray service and dishwashing.
• Manage food storage.
