About The Position

MaineGeneral Health is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Food & Nutrition team at the ACH in Augusta. This is a hands-on evening role where your work directly supports residents every day. Position: Food Service Associate Location: Augusta, ME Schedule: 40 hours per week Shift: Cafeteria Grill Cook | 11:00a - 7:30p Perks: We partner with Payactiv, which lets you access the wages you’ve already earned before payday. Responsibilities

Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution to guests, service/dining areas, and catering services
Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including cashiering, waiting tables, tray line delivery, and catering special events
Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures
Assists with sanitation duties, including dish washing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Follows food safety and safety guidelines at all times
Works as part of a team to keep meals moving on time
