Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret diet orders and perform basic math.
• Comfort using technology (iPads) for menu collection.

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals and snacks to patients with care and accuracy.
• Collect and process patient menu selections using an iPad.
• Adjust menus based on dietary needs and physician orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and practice service recovery.
• Maintain a clean and organized pantry and service area.
• Collaborate with nursing and nutrition staff to ensure patient satisfaction.
