Restaurant servers/bartenders are responsible for taking orders from guests and providing exemplary service. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals/beverages and take action to correct any problems. Sugar Factory is a fast paced and high volume dining restaurant. Servers are expected to work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Must work well under pressure
