About The Position
At Black Angus Steakhouse, we pride ourselves on creating Memorable Dining Experiences for our guests. As a Food Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, which includes presenting a warm and friendly demeanor, demonstrating strong sales skills, and effectively handling any complaints or issues that may arise. You will collaborate closely with other servers and kitchen/bar staff to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere, ensuring that all guests enjoy their dining experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for both guests and employees, adhering to state and local certification requirements, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility is key, as you will be expected to be available on all holidays to meet the needs of our guests.
