About The Position

Come join Team Atlantis! We are currently accepting applications for Food Server at Red Bloom. The Food Server will take food and beverage orders in an accurate manner, deliver food and beverage, and ensure correct payment from guests. "Red Bloom Asian kitchen at Atlantis, is a modern twist on authentic Asian crafted dishes inspired by the Far East."

Requirements

Must be at least 21.
Alcohol awareness card required.
1+ years of work experience in an upmarket or high-volume restaurant.
Proficient with maintaining a solid customer base.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Outstanding people skills.
Available to work shifts, extended hours, over weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Proficient time-management skills.
Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.

Responsibilities

Greeting and seating customers
Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
Making menu item recommendations
Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area
Other assignments as assigned my management.
