About The Position

Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Food Server to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team in the Zeta Asia Restaurant! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience as a server, as well. Fine-Dining Experience and within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is ready to assist our guests with anything that may arise. Shift Pattern: Mostly PM shifts (4:30PM-11:30PM), with availability for Mid shifts as well, when needed. Weekdays, weekends and holidays availability required. What will I be doing? As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
