Food Server - Island Grille
About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Food Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage service. You will be handling a variety of tasks, such as taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their experience. You will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, as well as handle any customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21.
- One year related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Have or obtain Current Washington State Food Worker Card.
- Have or obtain Class 12 Mixologist/Class13 Alcohol Server Permit.
Responsibilities
- Present menu, answer questions, make suggestions, and clearly communicate menu details.
- Input order in system to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Garnish and decorate dishes preparatory to serving.
- Respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
- Clear and reset tables at conclusion of each course.
- Assist all other employees in performing their duties whenever required.
