WE LOVE OUR WORK. Responsible to take orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner. Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service. Writes order on check or memorizes it. Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars. Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course. Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving. Carves meats, bones fish and fowl, and prepares flaming dishes and desserts at patron's table. Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier. Ladles soup, tosses salads, portions pies and desserts, brews coffee, and performs other services as determined by establishment's size and practices. Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course. Serves patrons from chafing dish at table. Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding alcohol beverage limitations. Ensure the safety and security of guest and team members. Ensures all guests at 1st Jackpot Casino enjoy a positive gaming experience due to high quality of guest service. Welcomes and interacts with guests and other team members with a genuine display of caring and friendliness. Other duties as assigned.
