About The Position

Join Our Team as a Food Server at Our Oyster Bar! Are you passionate about hospitality, seafood, and creating unforgettable dining experiences? Our bustling Oyster Bar is looking for an enthusiastic and polished Food Server to deliver exceptional service in a lively, guest-focused environment. What You’ll Do: Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every guest. Create a warm and welcoming experience: smile, engage, and build rapport with each table in your station. Become an expert on our full menu, including oysters, seafood specials, sushi rolls, and beverage offerings. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and timely service. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting station throughout each shift. Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous food serving experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
• Alcohol Certification
• Food Certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous fine dining food serving is preferred.
• Knowledge and the complete understanding of tableside cooking are preferred.
• Wine knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Food allergy knowledge is a plus.
