Requirements

• 3-6 months in a similar restaurant, hotel, or casino setting.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card (as required).
• Strong English skills-spoken and written.
• Comfortable lifting trays, standing for long periods, and moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a polished salutation and set the tone for a refined evening.
• Take food and beverage orders confidently, using a tray and jack stand like a seasoned pro.
• Know every steak cut, seafood special, and wine pairing to answer guest questions with flair.
• Keep your section spotless and attentive-refill drinks, clear plates, and check in often.
• Deliver checks, process payments, and return change or receipts with professionalism.
