• Previous experience as a Food Server in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of selling techniques and menu items, including liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Provide exceptional service, including individualized recommendations and answering menu inquiries.
• Ensure guests enjoy their meals and overall experience.
• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and tables, organization of the dining area, and stock of designated areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Convey essential information such as guest needs to the kitchen and management.
• Inform management of guest reactions and comments, assisting management as needed.
