About The Position

Must be able to work with a computerized Micros System for order entry, pre-check functions, etc.  Is familiar with all pre-check and cashiering procedures; presents check to guest and collects payment. Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry small and large trays weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Must be able to walk and stand for eight hours. Able to sit, walk, stand, bend lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Must have 18 years of age with a minimum of six months experience as a food server in high volume and/or fine dining environment is required
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English
  • The ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management and handle all types of guest related situations
  • Must be able to obtain an ABC liquor permit

Nice To Haves

  • Prior wine knowledge is preferred but no required

  • Knowledge of safety/guest liability procedures for guests and employees

  • Maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, departments, and guests
  • Responsible for keeping all licenses and permits current
