About The Position

Join the team at Noodles Restaurant located at Bellagio, where authentic regional noodle dishes from across Asia create a dining experience full of flavor! As a Food Server, you’ll take center stage by providing seamless service, taking and delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining pristine tables, and processing checks with care. You’ll also contribute behind the scenes by performing side work and keeping your station spotless. Be part of the food & beverage team that keeps our guests coming back for more!

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a Food Server in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant or similar environment preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an Asian restaurant is preferred
• Bilingual in Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages
• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations
• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees
