Requirements

• Able to work on-call, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a Food Server or Food Runner in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, including individualized recommendations, answering any menu inquiries, and ensuring guests enjoy their meals and experience.
• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and tables, organization of the dining area, and stock of designated areas, side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care, conveying all essential information such as the needs of the guests to the kitchen and management.
• Inform management of guest reactions and comments, and assist management as needed to ensure smooth operation and quality service.
