About The Position

The position involves maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times. Responsibilities include taking customers' drink orders, serving and refilling drinks promptly, presenting featured food offerings, and answering questions about food items. The role also requires removing dirty dishes from tables, stocking wait stations, assisting hosts with seating, resetting tables, and setting up food stations. Additionally, the position entails cleaning up after banquet functions, serving food and beverages, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including working late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills in managing time and understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all customers.
• Take customers' drink orders and serve/refill drinks promptly.
• Present featured food offerings and answer questions about food items.
• Remove dirty dishes from tables during meals.
• Stock wait stations, bar, and host stand.
• Assist hosts with seating guests if necessary.
• Reset tables after they have been cleared.
• Roll silverware and set up food stations.
• Accurately set up banquet functions and clean up after them.
• Serve food and beverage items for banquet functions as directed.
• Have knowledge of customer alcohol limitations and company policies.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Build guest relations throughout every shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
