About The Position

The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage items in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service with a smile, and ensuring that all of guests have a memorable Live 5 experience. Pay: $25/hr The schedules are based on and vary according to events.

Requirements

Ability to use fountain soft drink, tea and coffee machines.
Ability to read and write basic instructions.
Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Public relation skills needed.
Ability to read and follow instructions from Banquet.
Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
Experience: One - three years of experience in casual, buffet or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
License: Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license and an Alcohol Beverage Card is required.
Ability to stand and walk continually throughout a scheduled shift.
Ability to bend, stoop and reach while carrying dishes, glasses and serving tray.
Ability to push bus cart and carry trash/linen bags, weighing up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events.
Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.
Maintain positive and professional attitude.
Other duties as assigned.
