The position ensures the efficient and smooth service of guests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include providing drink and food service to guests in various formats and setups, assisting with the setup and breakdown of catering and banquet functions, and having knowledge of company policy and local ordinances related to the service of alcoholic beverages. The role also involves answering guest questions and resolving any issues pertaining to service or product. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. The candidate must be able to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Additionally, the candidate must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.
