Ensures the efficient and smooth service of guests in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Provide drink and food service to guests in a variety of formats and set-ups. May assist with set-up and breakdown of catering and banquet functions. Knowledge of company policy and local ordinances relative to the service of alcoholic beverages. Answers guest questions and resolves any issues pertaining to service or product. Other duties as assigned. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.
