About The Position

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Ensure efficient and smooth service of guests in a timely and professional manner. Provide food and beverage service in various banquet formats and setups. Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet and catering functions as needed. Maintain knowledge of company policies and local ordinances related to alcohol service. Answer guest questions and resolve service‑related concerns. Perform additional duties as assigned. Uphold the highest level of integrity and meet standards required by a regulated business.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting
• Ability to work in environments with smoke, variable temperatures, lighting, and noise levels
• Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressures in a fast‑paced, interruptive environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior banquet or hospitality experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
