Food Server Assistant Ramsays Kitchen
About The Position
Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area. Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed. Stock and restock service areas with necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments. Support servers by delivering additional items requested by guests, such as extra plates, sauces, or utensils. Ensure all areas of the dining room and sever stations are clean and tidy. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience. Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
- Work requires 6 months’ previous food server / running experience.
- Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
- Must present a neat and professional appearance.
- Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.
- Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Responsibilities
- Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to lift bus tbs weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively.
- Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment.
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period.
- Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
