Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of long-term research projects in line with business and consumer needs.
• Plan and execute projects from hypothesis through experimental work to result interpretation.
• Write recommendations and disseminate reports based on research findings.
• Plan and lead bench-top experimental work plans and trials in accordance with good manufacturing practices.
• Conduct literature reviews and maintain experimental workspaces and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and quality policies.
• Implement corrective measures when necessary to maintain quality standards.
