About The Position

Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and standard kitchen equipment preferred. One (1) year of relevant work experience is desirable. Field of Expertise Food service operations with an emphasis on sanitation and cleanliness standards. Skills & Abilities Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to train and cross-train as needed. Demonstrates ongoing improvement in performance and skills. Works effectively with others in a team-oriented environment. Mental Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. Ability to meet short deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Experience No supervisory experience required. Physical Requirements Must be able to perform job duties without medical restrictions. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions when required. Ability to properly lift, push, pull, and move equipment. Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift. Must be available to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Additional Requirements Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
