About The Position
Responsible for maintaining the safety standards of all Food and Beverage locations. Monitoring the team in Food and Beverage locations to ensure all food safety procedures are followed. Representing the drive and initiative of the Food and Beverage Operations department. Focusing on food safety, quality and creating a positive work environment. Maintain compliance of all policies and procedures to achieve outstanding guest service.
