About The Position

The Food Safety & Sanitation Supervisor at Mondelēz International is responsible for overseeing the Pest Management and Master Sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with corporate quality and sanitation policies. This role involves troubleshooting and problem-solving in collaboration with Operations and Quality departments to prevent product faults and maintain sanitary design standards. The supervisor will also develop strategies to ensure the availability of necessary tools and supplies for effective sanitation tasks.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the EHS department, including performance management, coaching, and employee development.
  • Create a safe working environment for sanitation personnel by providing chemical handling training.
  • Ensure compliance with Mondelez Environmental, Health, and Safety program regarding chemical storage and handling.
  • Track and coordinate PIC/PEC activities for the factory.
  • Maintain and review the Master Sanitation Schedule annually.
  • Act as the Site Coordinator for Pest Control, escalating and investigating pest sightings as necessary.
  • Review pest control documentation and provide guidance to site PCO and third-party vendor representatives.
  • Act as a technical liaison between factory personnel, sanitation chemical suppliers, Corporate Sanitation, and third-party sanitation providers.
  • Ensure compliance with the Global Cleaning and Sanitation Manual, Pest Control, and Hygienic Design Standard.
  • Manage outside contractors for cleaning, EHS supplies, and uniforms.
  • Investigate PEM and Non-PEM results that are outside acceptable ranges.
  • Partner with business leaders on process improvement initiatives.
