The Hannibal plant is one of the most strategically important manufacturing sites in the company. The plant supports two different operating units (Meals and Baking, and Snacks), through five operating departments (Thermal – Progresso, OEP -Hard Shell, Tortilla, and Seasoning, and Nature Valley Chewy Bars), and manufactures products that generate roughly 13% of revenue for the company’s largest and most profitable segment, NAR. The plant employs over 1,000 people and encompasses nearly 750,000 sq ft of production and warehouse space. Learn more about the plant - Location_Resource_Hannibal_MO The Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) Manager will lead the FSQ team and serve as the subject matter expert on the plant leadership team. This role provides strategic direction and tactical insights on all matters related to quality, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. The FSQ Manager is expected to be an active member of the Plant Leadership Team and has 9 Direct Reports and a total team size of 33. Beyond functional responsibilities, the FSQ Manager will contribute to various activities supporting the plant's Site Plan and functional priorities.
