The Food Safety Manager is accountable for ensuring that the facility follows and adheres to Regulatory, Food Safety and Food Defense requirements. The Food Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive Food Safety Management System which delivers flawless execution of Food Safety programs within the facility. Responsibilities include audit management, process compliance monitoring and capability development - all with a continuous improvement mindset. The Food Safety Manager partners with Quality, Production, Maintenance and Warehouse teams across the facility by leading Food Safety programs and developing long-term sustainable practices to maintain World-Class Food Safety performance.
