About The Position

The position involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with operational standards in a food processing environment. Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Professional conduct when dealing with USDA, third-party auditors, and upper management.
  • Must have 2 points or less on driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Review all pre-operational and operational records.
  • Perform direct observation and record review for all critical control points (CCPs).
  • Monitor and titrate Lactic acid, PAA, and Bovi-Brom chemicals.
  • Conduct biased and unbiased human handling audits.
  • Conduct daily E-coli carcass testing.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly tests on primals, tissues, and interventions.
  • Assist in third-party audits.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
