Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in HACCP, GMP, and GFSI audits.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel domestic and international
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AX, SAP, and document management systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and validation of technical projects. Such as lab equipment and PRPs.
- Responsible for Systems testing setup for RM, Ing and FP and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with FSQ and operations teams to standardize and improve quality processes.
- Conduct risk assessments for new raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Serve as a technical resource for customer quality inquiries and complaints.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer complaints, audits, and documentation requests.
- Support corrective action development and resolution.
- Customer specification review/signoff - and update associated control plans.
- Ensure timely documentation reviews and event closures in SymIMS, MoovApps and related systems.
- Support management reviews and reporting for multiple sites.
