  • Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation.
  • Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they've ordered, just the way they like it.
