Chef Thomas Keller's Las Vegas restaurant, Bouchon, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join the team as a PM Food Runner. In 2004, Chef Keller brought his award-winning bistro cuisine to the city of Las Vegas with Bouchon at The Venetian. As with the Yountville location, Bouchon showcases authentic, seasonally-driven French bistro fare and is set against interiors created by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany. Qualified candidates must have 2 years of previous service experience in a chef-driven environment. A Food Runner works in support of the service team to efficiently and accurately deliver food from the kitchen to the guest, monitor timing and pacing and advise servers and the chef of any changes.
