The Winston's Food Runner is an integral part of the Pool & Beach team and reports to the Winston's Management Team. This role is responsible for working with the serving team in meeting food delivery timing standards, and ensuring a clean, and welcoming outdoor dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

A passion for delivering the best in class service, providing a luxury outdoor dining experience and a desire to be a part of the finest luxury hospitality company in the world
Attention to detail to ensure proper timing and ensuring every guest gets the order exactly as requested
Able to carry trays across long distances
The ability to work outdoors, standing and walking, in hot, humid climates for entire shift
Must have English communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Coordinate F&B delivery service from the kitchen to the pool, beach and outdoor dining areas
Clear, set up, and clean restaurant tables
Communicate any service delays, guest concerns and kitchen menu changes clearly to managers
Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests and providing seating assistance as needed
Complete opening and closing duties
