An icon in the Miami Beaches, located near Sunny Isles, this beachside hotel brings a new era of luxury, with celebrated dining and a world-class spa, to its Surfside shores. The Winston's Food Runner is an integral part of the Pool & Beach team and reports to the Winston's Management Team. This role is responsible for working with the serving team in meeting food delivery timing standards, and ensuring a clean, and welcoming outdoor dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering the best in class service, providing a luxury outdoor dining experience and a desire to be a part of the finest luxury hospitality company in the world
  • Attention to detail to ensure proper timing and ensuring every guest gets the order exactly as requested
  • Able to carry trays across long distances
  • The ability to work outdoors, standing and walking, in hot, humid climates for entire shift
  • Must have English communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate F&B delivery service from the kitchen to the pool, beach and outdoor dining areas
  • Clear, set up, and clean restaurant tables
  • Communicate any service delays, guest concerns and kitchen menu changes clearly to managers
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests and providing seating assistance as needed
  • Complete opening and closing duties
